The company Panormos Tetras IKE, was established in 2015 with the sole purpose of residential development and tourism exploitation of real estate and land owned by it in the area of Panormos in the prefecture of Rethymno, Crete.
In collaboration with local contractors, it will build a complex of tourist holiday houses made of stone.
Each house has sea view and in the garden a water element of 6 square meters with chlorination and temperature regulator.
The external frames are made of heavy-duty aluminum with energy glasses for the best possible thermal and sound insulation.
For the floor covering, light gray porcelain tiles were selected in a dimension of 1.20μx0.60m while for the bathrooms in the same dimension but in white, a marble shade with gray lines was selected too.
The interior frames and closets are in dark gray shade while the kitchens are made of lacquer in light gray shade.
For cooling and heating each room has an air conditioning unit and solar water heater for hot water.
Each house has an installation for alarm, internet, satellite TV and cameras while it can be delivered fully furnished and equipped with all electrical household appliances.
